A seasonal variation on our Ruby Blossom, this white tea is made o the same farm from the same Pre-Qingming Festival harvest of Ruby 18 but in Shou Mei style.
Sweet pea and birch tree juice meets a pleasant herbal bitterness of mint. A beautiful contrast to the pungent spices of Ruby 18 Black. Incredible, how 100% tea leaves can produce such varied flavours.
Due to the size and fragile nature of the leaves, this tea comes in 20g packs only.
This tea was made on an organic farm from the Eight Trigrams Mountain region in Taiwan. Stored and shipped from Berlin.
