Foxy Yan is made by an elderly tea master from Dong Ding. It's an interesting mix of nutty sweetness, baked notes and a tinge of vegetal bitterness that develops as the leaves unfold with each steeping. Foxy gets better with age, so if you like to age tea at home, this is a great choice.
